Recently, we put the final touches on our RTIC and are now proudly staffing the RTIC position on a daily basis. With the radio call-sign 'Adam 99 (AD99)', our RTIC aims to assist field units by leveraging technology with dispatching!

In 2025, our team handled 302,936 total calls for service. From 72,293 emergency 9-1-1 calls to 160,907 non-emergency and 2-1-1 calls, plus 69,736 outgoing and internal calls, our telecommunicators were there around the clock answering when it mattered most.
