Today in managed care: USA Today reports, “A study of more than 111,000 women...found that those who took popular GLP-1 drugs prescribed for obesity or diabetes had a more than 30% lower risk of breast cancer.” Investigators came to this conclusion after examining “the health records of more than 111,000 women ages 45 to 80 who were overweight and had breast imaging done at Penn Medicine facilities.”
