I know less than nothing about Allbirds IT, but it sure looks to me like the company is going to survive because they stayed on-prem

Globalstar owns “channel 14” of the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi spectrum. It’s licensed for satellite phones
~15 years ago cellular was killing satellite phones, and Globalstar was close to done
They hung around, and now they got $11.6 billion

I would like to see the Supreme Court to rule against Cox, and to go even further on ISP liability
If a scammer, spammer or pirate doesn’t get their Internet and/or mobile phone service canceled, the ISP should be liable for all hardship costs
