Next year I am leading the EMS Developing A-level pedagogy workgroup. I'm aiming for this work group to be looking in depth at A-level curriculum coherence both from KS4 to KS5 and across the A-level.

Listened to most of the ERRR with @HFletcherWood and thought provoking over one off cpd. Especially need to remember when picking conference sessions that they're likely to be shallow in depth, so therefore you get more picking outside your comfort zone or field
