We paused the process of accepting new members into the ₿-R4ted Community a couple of weeks ago. That being said, your applications are still valid & will be considered in the future when we begin accepting new members again. There is no need to fill out the application again.

Protogrid #4 by @nucleo_art Ready to go up on my wall tomorrow. The quality of the print is too gud. This is probably the first time I’ve seen a print with a sand-like, grainy texture instead of a smooth finish. Thank you for the gift brother!

Bring back the NFT days when we used to grind in Discord for weeks if not months to earn a whitelist spot. Those were the peak NFT days when people formed multiple small groups and communities just to secure whitelist access. Things I miss: - Making glass paintings for projects - Hosting X Spaces - Solving riddles - Group work - Creating memes - Writing threads - Fan art - Being creative and much more Right now, it’s all about X giveaways, Alphabot raffles, engagement bot giveaways and so on. People like, repost and comment on a couple of posts and then feel entitled to a whitelist spot. Back in the day, when people actually grinded for whitelist spots they valued them a lot more because they had spent weeks or even months earning them. As a result, they weren’t quick to dump projects for a $1 profit. This is how people found their tribe. I personally found mine five years ago through this process, which is one of the reasons the ₿-R4ted Community exists today. Bring back the OG whitelist grinding days.

It’s not about minting a project with a $1 mint price and a 10,000 supply, it’s more about whether we really need another degen project. In my opinion, NO. What we need is new tech and new innovation in the space instead of hundreds of degen mints. If I actually want to bet on projects, I’d rather do it on existing blue chips and mid-cap projects that continue to show up and deliver on a daily basis. What we really need are notable artists from Web2 joining Web3 as that will help onboard new people into the space. We also need OG projects to develop consistent revenue-generating streams that will help them push both their collections and the space forward. We are one catalyst away from another major run and onboarding the masses into the space. Why do I keep talking about OG projects? Because they’re the ones that understand the space best and they have the treasury needed to build sustainable, revenue-generating businesses. I mean, what do you expect new projects to do when they’re only raising $8,000–$10,000? That amount of money is practically nothing. Some might argue that they can generate more revenue through royalties, but how much can they really make? Let’s say royalties are enforced at 5%. On $100K in volume, they would earn $5,000. On $1M in volume, they would generate $50,000 in royalties. Do you think that’s enough for an NFT project to build a sustainable business? I don’t think so. This is one of the main reasons I recommend people buy blue-chip NFTs or art collections. They are the ones with the highest potential to give this space a real breakthrough. It’s not about whether the mint price is $1 or $10. The real question is: is it actually needed? A few might argue that we need another Goblintown-type runner that goes to 10E. We already had that, but did it kickstart the NFT bull run? No. It was fun while it lasted. Focus on majors instead of new projects. Period.

Bitcoin up, ETH up, HYPE up, NFTs up. It’s been a good start to the week for NFTs after a healthy retrace over the past couple of weeks. I’ve been seeing healthy criticism on the TL regarding Azuki and a couple of other NFT collections, which is a clear indication that people still care about NFTs. Holders are speaking up, founders are sharing their opinions and I think that’s the best way to move forward. Being vocal about NFTs on X is important, as it attracts more people from outside of CT to read about what’s going on, which might spark their interest in NFTs. NFTs are inevitable.

Like I said earlier, I ain’t looking at any new NFT drops except for a few. Most of them are either recycled art or have nothing going for them other than hype. Current trend: - Recycled degen art - High supply - Low mint price - Burn mechanisms My focus remains the same: collecting blue chips and art collections that I vibe with. Nothing more, nothing less. Everyone in the space is minting/sweeping stuff in the hope of catching the next Goblintown, Normies or Del Mundos which is most likely not going to happen especially when everyone’s holding period is at an ATL.

48 hours ago, I asked @0xmani to buy the MegaETH token at $0.047 and it’s currently trading at $0.066. Oh well, I should have told myself the same thing.

Are we buying/minting any NFTs or are we touching grass? I’ve been looking at just one thing for the past two months. I’d say I’m on a hunt for it.

Japan -> India Physical print of my Protogrid, signed by @nucleo_art himself. I’m going to frame it, put it on my wall and share a picture of it 🔜 Just know that Nucleo was kind enough to send me this without me even asking for it. Phase 2 is going to be interesting. Art NFTs

0.006E -> 0.029E(5x) This is what I love to see most in NFTs: no paid posts, no marketing campaigns, just pure tech. I’ve been waiting for @blupixapp to launch for a very long time, of course because of @bunya_eth. He’s an amazing dude with a brilliant mind in the space. Not to mention, the entire ₿-R4ted community was eligible to mint and I wouldn’t be surprised if this goes much higher than where it is at the moment. Blupets.
