I haven't posted here in a long time. Coming back with something that matters to me.
Two years ago a bolt of energy exploded from the top of my head on a retreat in the Welsh Valleys. I've spent every day since making sense of it. Here's what I've found.

One other thing: dealing with past traumas and subconscious patterns can be just as important as the spiritual practices themselves. When I get wound up, my mind gets noisy and my spirituality moves further away. Being mindful of that changed how I live day to day.

I'm very pleased to see our deal with Molten finally completed. It's taken a while! We had our first day in our new offices today. Everyone was super welcoming, and it's great to be back to the day job of working with founders to build great companies.

7/ I woke up this morning with this thought in my head. They may be old hat, I don’t know, but I felt compelled to get them in writing and out there. I think and hope there might be a grain of originality here and asking for comment is a way to test.
