1. CEO’s Telegram Inactivity
Our leadership’s Telegram accounts have been inactive since December 2024 as part of enhanced security protocols — this is not new.
2. Termination of Partnerships
Partnerships are only terminated in cases of contract breaches, per signed agreements. This is standard practice across all platforms, not just BullX.
3. Slow Support
General user support remains fast and responsive. Partner-related queries are handled by a separate team and may take longer due to higher complexity.
4. Issues with Claims Processing
The slight downtime during claim wallet refilling, a daily process since December 2024, is well-known to our partners — nothing new.
