Good set of principles from @ContentDAOapp IMO, proof > hype matters the most. Anyone can shill, copy and paste. but can you explain it simply or spot the flaw? It's always alfa hunters > engagement farmers. These 7 principles matter deeply for web3 creators cuz they address the core tensions and opportunities that make web3 different from web2 content creation. --- Web3 changes the incentive structure, and that's a double-edged sword. Example about ''Reputation'': Onchain history is permanent. Bad takes, false promotions, and rug associations follow you forever. So reputation compounds positively and negatively, in ways web2 never enforced. These principles essentially define the difference between a creator who survives one cycle and one who builds lasting influence across many. --- For creator DAOs: No boss, no HR. The DAO becomes whoever it tolerates. And audiences can smell low-effort from a mile away. Trash culture → trash content → dead DAO. Good culture → based creators → great content → real audience → DAO goes up → creators get paid → culture stays good.

The principle that resonates with me the most is: "AI is a tool, not a creator." In a sea of generated information, a unique perspective is something that bots cannot replicate. I have tested AI for drafting, but the soul? That is still 100% human. These principles are important for Web3 creators because this space is drowning in hype. Credibility is the only scarce resource left. When you prioritize quality, authenticity, and education (Substance Over Hype), you are not just building followers, you are building trust. And in DAOs, trust is the engine that allows communities to coordinate and create value together. Culture and reputation are everything in creator DAOs because code cannot enforce alignment. When you have a shared ethos (like "Creators Deserve Ownership"), you attract the right people and naturally filter out the mercenaries. I have seen projects with great tokenomics fail because their culture was toxic. The DAOs that last are the ones where reputation matters more than reach. The principle "Build Community, Not Just Reach" is the hardest but most rewarding. Numbers are vanity; a community that genuinely cares about your perspective on Web3 is the only moat that truly matters. #ContentDAO @ContentDAOapp
