We had such a badass git it gurl gang at @JSConfAU and @cssconfau πππ
(And bonus JS sequins, because of course)
Jackets by @sailorhg, who is amazing.
P.S. Saying it again, professional portraits for speakers and MCs is such an A thing to do π
Just watched "V8 internals for JavaScript developers" by @mathias at @cssconfau
Totally recommended! It contains a lot of interesting insights about perfoptimizations of v8 and things like element types or the difference between holey and packed arrays.

Feeling inspired & in good place after @cssconfau18. So many excellent, practical talks that you can takeaway & start implementing in your work.
Thank you to the event organisers, volunteers, sponsors & all that made @cssconfau possible to run! You guys rock! π€π
So again it's a little later than I was intending (in my defence I was completely rebuilding the back end of my blog), but I finally released my recap of @cssconfau last month

I loved this talk @mapotato gave at @cssconfau about effective designer and developer collaboration, well worth a watch for anyone who works on internet things: buff.ly/2v6cbUM
Weβve just published a diversity and inclusion report of CSSConf and JSConf AU 2018.
Encourage other organisers to do the same!
