Zeb Winslow III, a farmer near Scotland Neck, N.C., shared about his cover crop mix and changes to his operation during the Conservation Technology Innovation Center tour last week.
Winslow has reduced his fertilizer and chemical inputs on his farm but cautions farmers against trying to make quick, wholesale changes because of high fertilizer prices.
