It's an early start this morning as I set off for ResearchED East Anglia. 🌅
I'm genuinely looking forward to the day ahead. Conferences like this remind me why I love education. They bring together people who are passionate about making a difference for children and young people, and I'm looking forward to catching up with colleagues, meeting others in person for the first time after many online conversations (do you hear me
@Shabnamagram), and learning from an outstanding line-up of speakers.
I'm also really excited to be delivering my session on Calm Leadership. Leadership has never been more challenging, and I'm looking forward to sharing some of the ideas behind my book, Calm Leadership: Staying Grounded, Staying In Control and Staying The Course, as well as hearing the experiences and perspectives of others in the room. The best professional learning always comes through conversation.
I'll also have a few copies of the book with me to sell for anyone who'd like one. Happy to sign it! 📖
If you're at ResearchED today, please do come and say hello. I'd love to meet you.
Have a brilliant Saturday everyone.
