Training people to detect synthetic content is one layer of defence, but uilding infrastructure that verifiably proves what is real is frankly the more durable one.

This is exactly what Camp has been saying. AI and IP are not at war. A filmmaker using AI to realise a creative vision is not the problem. The problem is when the models powering those tools were trained on other people's work without consent or compensation.
The technology is ready, but the licensing infrastructure just has to catch up.
