In our Dec issue, @Char_Smith3 @KatDibb @Cardiac_Phys show there is enhanced calcium release at specialised sites on surface of newborn atrial cells mediated by enlarged SR and larger, closely spaced RyR clusters that compensate for low t-tubule density.
