As an American and a huge fan of the sport of skating I am so proud of @the_quadg0d today. How you act in your roughest moments says more about your than how you act in your biggest victories. The graciousness he showed to the gold medal winner, the composure in the post interview all showed who he is. He will win many gold medals in his career - but he will also remain an amazing human and frankly that matters more!

Try reverting your phone to LTE. from your setting menu select cellular, then select cellular data options, then select voice and data and unselect 5G and select LTE. Hope it helps!

I just saw the proposed new rates for health insurance in ACA without government subsidy - the rates are insanely high and it's frankly not very good insurance for that price! So instead of debating who is right in the two parties on the debate on this one I want to ask a different question that I hope is non-partisan and gets us all thinking. WHY IS THE INSURANCE SO EXPENSIVE TO START WITH? I get that both parties have a POV about subsidies not here to debate who is right or wrong on that- my real issue is why are the plans so costly? It's absurd to think a family earning $75k will pay 1/3rd of their income on health insurance but it is also kind of absurd to say the US Government has to pay half of it forever to make it affordable and pad the pockets of an industry that clearly is too profitable. Shouldn't our government be working together to lower the cost of health care overall and that includes insurance so that we the people don't have to pay so much and the government doesn't have to subsidize so much? It just seems to me that something is horribly broken in this whole thing and as long as we all point fingers at each other and make it about the subsidy I worry we are missing the bigger picture - we need healthcare reform and we need it now. Am I missing something?

Big customer experience fail today @united in EWR -my seat was not maintained and thus broken and tied off when I got on the plane. No pre communication and a run around to find another seat. Somehow when you pay $3,000 for a seat you anticipate a better level of service. Gate agent was beyond unkind and the pilot even had to try to get updates. This is why I stopped flying you guess I need to stop again!

Could it be MORE 2025 that this years hurricane names include a KAREN? AND a DEXTER? This should be fun!
