And while Californians were told to stay home, Newsom dined at the French Laundry. Meanwhile, our church was threatened with $4.5 million in fines, lawsuits, and even arrests. So we fought back. We sued Newsom, took the case to the U.S. Supreme Court, and won. To my knowledge, I’m the only candidate in this race who has successfully challenged Newsom at the Supreme Court and won.
