I sent this letter to every GOP County Chair in NY-21 after winning the Republican primary debate where my opponent lost so badly he refused to shake my hand. The media is asking to review it so I am posting a full copy below for all to read. This copy is addressed to GOP Regional Vice Chair McNeil but personalized copies went out to each Party Chair individually. Dear GOP Regional Vice Chair McNeil: I am writing to kindly ask you to vocally support my campaign and reject my opponent Robert Smullen following my lopsided debate victory that ended with him refusing to shake hands. I recognize my candidacy is different. I’m a self-made man who first fought to save my father’s company at a young age and then went on to build a large American manufacturing and technology company right here in Upstate, NY. I never took on investors other than my father’s close friend, Tom Cummings, who is now in his 80s and has been a lifelong mentor to me. People used to ask us how we worked together so well despite our age difference and we always answered, “It’s easy, we only tell each other off once a week, but then we make up and become friends again.” Tough situations lead to tough disagreements. That’s life. I know some of you have disagreed with my methods and I have also disagreed with yours. But, that’s okay. We can all still be friends as my North Star is making life better for the people and as long as you help me do that any disagreements along the way do not matter to me. I’ve been my own man my whole life as I’ve had to be since I lost my father when I was only 7 years old. No one has ever been around to tell me how to succeed except for the mentors I select. As a result, I am accustomed to trusting my own judgment. In fact, working with my father’s close friend, Tom Cummings, I learned to trust my judgment even more, as he often complimented my instincts. My judgment has always delivered good results for others which is how I evaluate my decisions. I am a highly self-critical person who learns quickly, as I hope you can tell. My father always said to “be humble” and that stayed with me. Humility is the key to quick improvement. Arrogant people stay the same as they think they have nothing to learn. I still have a lot to learn. My opponent, I hope you can now see, is a far different person than I. He’s dishonest, arrogant, selfish, and a poor representative for the Republican Party. I let no one prepare me for the debate; I freestyled every answer because all I had to do was speak from the heart. I knew he only had lies, smears, deception and a selfish desire to enrich himself while I have genuine concern for all of us and a truthful disposition. For someone like me, that’s self made, I only want to win on my terms, being myself, and upholding the truth while fighting for us all. I proved I’m willing to sacrifice to make our lives better when I endorsed President Trump to all 5 million of my customers which triggered a massive boycott and then went on to put up the Vote for Trump sign under threat of arrest by a Democrat Mayor. I proved I’m capable of leading by building an incredible company that combines technology and American Manufacturing right here in Upstate, NY. I further demonstrated my ability by winning every poll I ever conducted which shows the people support me. President Trump saw all I did in my life and gave me one of his most emphatic endorsements. Nonetheless, for whatever reason, the Establishment seems to misunderstand me so let me be clear: I am here to help the Republican Party and all our citizens. It is important that Republicans win this seat and I want to also help us win many more seats as I’m tired of letting the Democrat Party destroy New York State. We have a beautiful state and we are letting them destroy it little by little. They are killing businesses and scaring away people. If we work together we can Make NY Great Again but we need to start working together soon. My opponent showed he is unfit to lead. He lost the debate from beginning to end and angrily refused to shake my hand after I twice called his name in kindness. This type of personality cannot be allowed to represent the Republican Party as it will scare voters away. President Trump fights the toughest battles with the toughest of people and, like me, he talks a little trash from time to time but he still is able to shake hands and show respect to others when necessary to strengthen our nation. I do the same. I always think of when President Trump shook Kim Jung Un’s hand after both sides hurled back and forth insults for months including threats of nuclear war. This moment made me proud to support him since 2016 and taught me a lot. I hope it taught others a lot too. Words are words. Actions are actions. I talk tough but I act correctly for the greater good. My opponent does not. His whole campaign is a smear campaign and dishonesty. He has shown zero ability to serve President Trump, the Republican Party or the greater good. Many words have been exchanged but now I humbly ask you to act by publicly supporting my candidacy so I win by the largest margin possible on June 23rd. I’m going to win and ask for your help to make it a more decisive victory so we can easily beat the Democrats in November. CONSTANTINO CAMPAIGN DEMANDS SMULLEN DISAVOW CLOSET ALLY’S ATTEMPT TO GET A NY-21 POLICE OFFICER FIRED FOR SHAKING CONSTANTINO’S HAND Edinburg, NY – June 14, 2026 – Anthony Constantino today publicly called on Robert Smullen to immediately and publicly disavow his closest political ally, John Livingston, who is attempting to have a Fort Plain Police Officer fired for the simple act of shaking Anthony Constantino’s hand.  The campaign condemned the effort as a reprehensible attack on a public servant and his family, and demanded accountability from Smullen, who has so far refused to do anything. “Attacking me is fine, that’s politics,” said Anthony Constantino. “But for Smullen’s closest ally to threaten the livelihood of a police officer because he shook my hand is disgusting. Livingston is the same guy who lied at the Fulton County GOP Meeting about me on record to help Smullen, filed a false FEC complaint against me, and was still a VIP invite of Smullen’s at the event.” John Livingston is a close ally and frequent VIP of Smullen who frequently carries out Smullen’s political dirty work. Members of the public and Constantino’s campaign informed Smullen of Livingston’s threat to destroy an officer’s career.  Hours after Livingston issued the threat to the police officers, Smullen has thus far not addressed the threat by Livingston.  “No one deserves to be threatened simply for engaging with a politician in public,” said Constantino. “This was the basis for why I endorsed President Trump. I was tired of seeing people bullied into silence by Democrats. Many Republicans have told me privately that they are scared to publicly support me because they think Smullen will harm them in some way. Enough is enough. Robert Smullen’s closest ally is trying to get a Police Officer fired in NY-21 for shaking my hand. Livingston was personally invited as a VIP the debate by Smullen and is often with him. Now he’s trying to hurt our cops for talking to me. This is disgusting.

I heard a rumor today while campaigning that Solar Bob Smullen had goats eating the weeds underneath his Chinese Solar Farm in NY-21. They said he’d forget to give them water and all around treated the goats very badly. Does anyone know if this is true?
