MY ESR inflammation is higher than I would like, probably due to gall bladder inflammation. Note that while my ESR is medically "normal range" I want it to be lower. I am higher than the average COR user of my age and gender, making my COR Age (our inflammation related biological age) 20 yers older than my chronological age. My personal best ESR was 7, and that is my goal. Does anyone have any great home remedies to quiet a gall bladder attack?

COR tracks lifestyle notes & tags across thousands of de-identified users. Far and away, the strongest anti-inflammation signal isn’t exotic biohacks—it’s omega-3s. 🐟🄜 Users who boost intake show the biggest drops in Sed Rate (inflammation). Measure. Test. Improve. #SlowBlood

In less developed societies, inflammation markers like ESR are a lot lower. Is this because they have better health care?

Surprise from COR user data: grounding (bare feet on earth, skin on grass) lowers inflammation. Mechanism? Debated. What matters: lower sed rate = lower chronic inflammation, which tracks directly with greater longevity.

In a Norwegian cohort, ~70% of patients later diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma had rising ESR (sed rate) levels years before diagnosis - often still ā€œnormalā€ by standard lab ranges. ESR can signal hidden inflammation and disease long before symptoms appear.

Our COR ESR data shows clear dietary fingerprints on inflammation. Carnivore, Keto, and Lion diets = consistently lower Sed Rate. High sugar intake = the opposite, higher inflammation. Food isn’t just fuel - it’s a dial to turn off chronic inflammation.

An ESR test tube looks simple, but it encodes complex physics: plasma viscosity, RBC aggregation, zeta potential, protein interactions. Modern optics shrink this century-old assay into a device the size of your hand - turning biophysics of inflammation into data you can track at home.

A new Nature study shows: in industrialized countries, inflammation rises with age. In Indigenous communities? It doesn’t. Do you think this is because they have better healthcare? Lifestyle, not age, is the driver. That means if you can measure it Then you can change it. #longevity #inflammation

Most chronic disease can be thought of biomechanically. • High glucose makes blood more abrasive, damaging vessel linings. • High blood pressure exerts hydraulic stress on vascular walls. • Inflammation causes red cell clumping (rouleaux) that impairs microcirculation and tissue oxygenation.

šŸ“Š Average ESR Among COR Users: 14.87 mm/hr That’s higher than population averages in: • London (13.3) • Norway (11.4) • and most of the U.S. (10–15) But here’s the thing: COR users know their numbers—and they’re taking action. Among repeat testers, 32.4% have already lowered their inflammation. We’re not waiting for a doctor’s office to tell us we’re inflamed. We’re tracking. We’re changing. We’re winning. Your inflammation isn’t just a lab value. It’s your story. šŸ“‰ Ready to check your number again? #inflammation #biomarker #COROne #healthtracking #longevity #antiinflammatory
