Amazing Yoga session at Dunmanway library recently for Healthy Ireland with the wonderful Mandy Engelke Desmond of Seanachai Yoga!
Yoga, movement, and breath in a relaxed space had the children engage and focus with myth & story as the theme.
It was fantastic morning at #dunmanwaylibrary
A big thank you to Mandy and to all the children who joined us for this event.
All took home their first Little Library Book Bag and so begins their reading journey.
