We delivered the fastest detached ADU in LA City's history.
We completed the first custom fire rebuild in the Pacific Palisades, with a second underway and our first Altadena rebuild in the final stage.
Projects are now underway across 8 Southern California cities.
We ramped deliveries over 3×.
And today, we received our first permit for a 2-story Cover home.

This Stahl inspired Cover plan, built from our steel panels, takes the same approach: Simple, open, framing the panoramic views.

Many hadn’t built homes before.
With the right tooling and environment, they now build at a level of precision that would make any seasoned craftsperson proud.
