10-15 FPS face tracking on an Arduino UNO Q. This desk bot runs Edge Impulse on the Linux MPU, then lets the real-time MCU handle servo PWM over Bridge RPC. What would you make it follow next? 🤖Build notes: hackster.io/s4muela/face-fol… #Robotics #EdgeAI

20 limbs. Each one has its own sensor. Duke's Argus robot uses dynamic symmetry to shove itself in any direction, basically a research-grade tumbleweed with an open-source simulator. 🤖Full write-up: hackaday.com/2026/06/01/clas… #Robotics #OpenSource

A wooden FDM printer that actually prints well. Mitsu Makes spent 6 months building this thing: wood frame, printed PLA parts, Voron 0-inspired bed, Cartesian motion, auto bed leveling, input shaping. Ridiculously impractical? maybe. Absolutely workshop-worthy? yes. Would you trust wood for a printer frame? hackaday.com/2026/05/31/maki… #Makers #3DPrinting

Very cool open-source mobility project. OpenTrafficMap uses ESP32-C5 to receive 5.9GHz ITS-G5 / 802.11p V2X messages from traffic lights, public transport, cars, and more, then maps them online. 20 receivers are already deployed, with 10km line-of-sight range reported. cnx-software.com/2026/05/24/… #ESP32 #V2X

Very cool research from @axlab_uchicago. BloomBeacon makes a touchable POV display with soft spinning arms: LEDs on one side, capacitive pads on the other, blooming into a mid-air UI surface. Wild HCI idea. 🤖For more details: hackaday.com/2026/05/23/touc… #HCI #POV

Love this from @kertgartner. ASCII Aquarium turns an #ESP32 CYD touchscreen into a tiny desk tank: live fish behavior, tap-to-feed, clock mode, and SD-card screenshots. Our 2.8" TFT touchscreen would make a fun canvas for similar desk toys. 🤖Full writeup: hackaday.com/2026/05/24/ador…

Love this from @kevsmac. Nibsy watches the bench, records voice overhead images, then uses Claude to write the project log. The soldering-iron current trigger is clever. Our Gravity AC Current Sensor would fit that job nicely. blog.arduino.cc/2026/05/13/n… #Arduino #claude

Nice build from Uniostar. This ESP32-CAM flight recorder gives an RC plane a black box: 15fps JPEG frames, BME280 altitude/weather data, and pitch/roll/yaw logs on microSD. It uses our 6 DOF MPU6050 for orientation tracking. Full writeup: hackster.io/Uniostar/esp32-r… #ESP32
