AG was better prepared than plaintiff, but i think AG had more difficult position to defend. Cannot deny Art I, sec 23 limits leg power.

AG should never have stated that leg authority to enact Act is found in police powers. That conceded that Art I, Sec 23 was valid.

Regardless of whether Chow comes back, Hawaii needs to make changes to whoever is coaching the secondary. They almost cost Hawaii again.

Then the wheels fell off the bus. The fourth quarter was probably the worst Hawaii's secondary played all year, and that says alot.
