Significant: "Many" MPs who voted for the assisted suicide Bill concede it was flawed. Unlikely they would vote for it again, especially with the Parliament Acts threat.
The Bill is likely to fail. Is it really worth MPs' time to go through the whole contentious process again?
As many MPs who voted for it privately conceded, the Assisted Dying Bill had many flaws.
I entirely agree with this letter & am bemused it’s being reintroduced unamended.
Although not religiously, nor philosophically, opposed to assisted dying I will not support this Bill.
