Is there any particular reason why I can't EVER get a customer support rep on the phone, @Aeroplan? I've been listening to this awful music for 35 mins and counting (..and that's just today. I gave up after 45 mins yesterday).
You might want to consider introducing a chat feature so that your reps can handle multiple inquiries at once. Maybe offer an automatic callback feature on your IVR? @Aeroplan
