The Roberts Court has made it increasingly difficult for American women to get the medical care they need, to follow their doctor’s advice to protect their health when they are pregnant and confronted with a heart-wrenching diagnosis like cancer that needs treatment, or when a severe fetal abnormality is detected. Women are dying because John Roberts agreed that states can restrict access to abortion well before a fetus is viable.
