Thanks to all the volunteers who spent countless hours on our clean campaign and who last night celebrated our 12 successful years reviving downtown/ward 2. I am very grateful to all the the amazing constituents and hugely respectful of their decision yesterday. Jay

Toured the sold out Platinum Condos this week at Queen and King. The builders (pictured here) are moving new DT residents in by 20 units/week. This one project represents a shift from 0 tax dollars collected annually to $750,000.oo #maintainmomentum

The Frank A. Cooke Transit Terminal is official this morning. Many proud family members celebrating the naming downtown. Cooke lived and breathed buses. Trolleys and LRTs too.
