PASTURE OF THE DOOMED -- Triple Hazy IPA
Brewed with Simcoe and Citra, then dry hopped initially with Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo, and Citra. A second dry hop followed with our lots of Superdelic Cryo, Nectaron, and Krush, all before a final addition of Kohia Nelson Hop Kief.

For DOOM FORGE DAY VIII this Saturday, February 21st (free, all-ages), we'll be pouring 2026 Doom Forge Day Imperial Coffee Stout. For this year's batch, we split it between two coffees: one from Figure 8 Coffee Purveyors in Austin and one from Dark Matter Coffee in Chicago.

Winter's Wolves Hazy Double
Built on a pale, plush grain bill and buried in Krush Cryo Fresh, Simcoe, Citra, and Motueka hop kief, it bites with flashes of berry, mango, and ripe grapefruit before a streak of evergreen pine and winter citrus pith pulls back into the cold.
