So we may have fallen well short of the snowfall record, but the 1.26" of rain and melted snow did surpass the 0.85" of liquid in 1991 to make 2024 the wettest Halloween on record in the Twin Cities! #mnwx

Yesterday's 0.48" of rain at MSP marked the end of a 34 day stretch of dry weather. Not only does this finish 2nd in MSP's recorded weather history, it ties the 34 day streak that was observed earlier this year (February to March). #mnwx

Today we hit 90° at MSP Airport and St Cloud Airport for the first time this year. Our third climate site Eau Claire still has not hit 90° this year. 🌡️For MSP this is the latest first 90° since 1967. 🌡️For STC this is the latest first 90° since 2014 #mnwx
