Walmart Health primary care is done.
The company announced they’re closing 51 health clinics in AR, FL, GA, IL, and TX over the next 90 days.
It’s a sobering reality to watch the biggest retailers struggle with healthcare. Just a year ago, people thought Dollar General, Walgreens, and Walmart would take over primary care (especially in rural areas).
Looks like that dream might not come true.
