My mom flew to Calgary on the 19th. Connecting flight to Nanaimo cancelled. 3 hour lines. No communication. She spent all day there yesterday waiting, delay after delay only to be told it was cancelled at 9pm because of staff shortages, not weather. She’s still there today.
