@bookingcom what a disgrace of a company you are. You give Ryanair a good name... Not only do you fail to properly police scams on your website, you fail to offer a satisfactory level of customer service. I'm starting to wonder whether you're a part of the scam yoiurselves?!?

then it came to our attention that previous guests had left comments stating they didn't see their deposits again after the stay and that iwas a scam so not only are you scamming people you're in breach of the terms and don't even have the decency to respond and put it right!?

and even one of your CSAs commented "well perhaps you shouldn't have used bookingcom in the first place" - is that some kind of joke? Or do even your employees know how much of a scandal you are? Outrageous. My friend Lucy will look forward to your response and resolution on this

How do I speak to a human @Hermesparcels? My courier seems to be having difficulty actually delivering a parcel and prefers to take photos of the parcel(s) in the back of his/her van rather than outside our door !
