We were early on Local Natives, featuring them in print in 2009 when they were still unsigned.
Wendy photographed them in LA’s 2nd Street Tunnel, and one of the shots became the basis for the cover of “Gorilla Manor.”

Also "Past Lives" turns 10 today. I remember because someone in a label meeting mentioned releasing the same day miiight be a problem bc this was PEAK Drake era. Hoping this doesn't provoke a Drake LN diss track 🤞🏼
