To my North American friends and the hockey community:
Although you are far from Europe and may not see or feel the reality of russia’s actions - killing hundreds of people in Ukraine daily - we in Europe see it clearly. We are telling you that letting them back into international competition is not an option until russia gets the F out of Ukraine.
To North American hockey journalists: start asking the right questions. Ask rus players how they feel about their country occupying neighboring nations. You will be "surprised" by the results.

To deny them is a slap in the face to players Nikita Kucherov who dedicate their lives to improving their skill level--at their benefit, yes--and thus enhances the entertainment value of the sport. Yksikään vassari ei näytä pöyristyneen siitä, että Hesari paljasti heidän kannattaneen tiettyjä kansalaisaloitteita. Jotkut oikeistolaiset taas tuntuvat häpeävän mielipiteitään, ikään kuin heidät olisi jotenkin paljastettu. Miksi?

Tämä Hesarin keissi saa vain yhä mielenkiintoisempia käänteitä ja alkaa yhä enemmän näyttämään siltä, ettei tästä tulla selviämään aivan kuivin jaloin.
Vasemmalla ei tunnuta ymmärtävän, että oikeus olla joutumatta Hesarin silmätikuksi mielipiteistään on iso asia. Kyse ei ole siitä etteivät nämä ihmiset uskaltaisi olla julkisesti sitä mieltä mitä ovat - kyse on siitä etteivät he saaneet valita haluavatko he asiasta julkisuuteen.
Tällaisia oikeuksia pitää puolustaa nyt, koska jos kukaan meistä ei nouse nyt vastaan, niin myöhemmin kun se koskee sinua, kukaan ei ole enää vastustamassa.
