On Saturday, we attended the Special Olympics & cheered on some incredible athletes. For one MIT officer the event was especially meaningful - her family member competed in the swim division, and she was able to present her with a ribbon. Congratulations to all athletes!

Today marks the anniversary of D-Day, when Allied forces landed on the beaches of Normandy, France, on June 6, 1944, during World War II. We remember the courage and sacrifice of those who served and honor the legacy they left behind.
