MUT’s Faculty of Engineering is strengthening its partnership with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) to enhance accreditation, industry alignment, and graduate employability. A high-level roundtable focused on curriculum relevance, WIL placements, staff professionalisation, and infrastructure development. Key outcomes include stronger industry collaboration, improved student placement strategies, and the introduction of ECSA Engineering Clinics to support academic staff. This strategic alliance positions MUT to deliver industry-ready engineering graduates while advancing national standards.
