We need to unite to win in November. I’m supporting VP Harris. She’s been strong in her role, strong on the campaign trail and she will continue the fight to protect democracy and protect reproductive rights.
My fellow Democrats, I have decided not to accept the nomination and to focus all my energies on my duties as President for the remainder of my term. My very first decision as the party nominee in 2020 was to pick Kamala Harris as my Vice President. And it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Two years ago the 988 mental health hotline was created and many MNs are accessing this important service. Last year, my bill to provide sustainable funding passed. I’m proud to have played a role in building this part of our mental health system.
