It's an absolute disgrace that the National Portrait Gallery - funded by tax-payers - has a presentation stating that Winston Churhill used starvation as a weapon of war without it being absolutely challenged. It is completely untrue against the greatest ever Briton ๐๐ฌ๐ง ..
