A genuine heart attack reimbursement claim is being endlessly delayed by @HDFCERGOGIC despite submission of all original documents multiple times. The patient suffered a sudden angina attack in last week of Feb'26 and was admitted to a govt hospital during a medical emergency.

The clarification letter and all supporting documents were submitted to the Health Claims team and Grievance Cell on 11 June 2026. No acknowledgement or response has been received so far. Awaiting fair and timely settlement of this genuine cardiac emergency claim.
