This is the best marketing for a stuck estate that presumably was pulled from mls
Got this today in my inbox: linkedin.com/company/114-ine… "I own a 14 acre estate in Mill Valley, CA and would like to exchange the property for Anthropic equity (understanding in advance that this would be substantially above the valuation of Anthropic's last financing round, in the $800 BB range)."

We are doing some very fun Claude Code sandbox work on our bare metal infra. If anyone wants to beta some sandbox fun, let me know.

As more researchers get open-source models running - even big ones - on commodity hardware, a new compute layer is emerging. We built @gethoneyminer to aggregate idle compute from around the world and maximize earnings for owners. It sold to $CORZ in 2019 as their first acquisition. Inference was the missing piece. Go buy your own GPU and run a model (or get in touch if you are building something novel in this space)

PagerDuty is literally the best positioned company in the world to deploy auto-SRE agents. They already know when alerts are needed. They could charge not just $20 or $200 per month. They could charge based on VALUE of business disruptions avoided...and even if their interventions didn't work....Humans are already being paged. To execute - the company would need to 1) cut the fat / automate stuff - no growth is a bad place to be 2) change can only come from the top. that's the way it is. (I hear current CEO is awesome human, fwiw but we've never met) 3) violently deploy agent-style triage. work with top SREs from great companies to build the right context and prompting to actually have a chance to get this right 3a) integrate a data loop of successful triage 4) make enterprise offering ASAP and show that they can - forget taking out SRE cost - make being on call better. 5) Grow and profit.
PagerDuty now at $667m market cap on $500m ARR, so just over 1x ARR But it’s worse than that, as they have $550m in cash So enteprise value closer to $120m on $500m ARR Growth is 1%, customer count has not grown. You MUST accelerate today. This is ALL the markets care about.

Silicon Valley history is everywhere you look. California has a public unclaimed property database. PayPal still owes @elonmusk some money...
