Maybe the REAL gamer move is to give up and admit the game won. Baby Steps might be the best game I've played in a while, but it sure can be frustrating when it wants to. ... who am I kidding, I already know I'm going to keep throwing myself at this until I somehow make it.

I like it when you ask a technical question, the AI makes up an answer, then cites human discussions as the source. How about using the technical specification as a source instead of consensus?

The reason I've been using twitter so little lately is that at some point it figured out I was a programmer and it all turned into AI slop wars and it would instantly sour my mood. I check back in to see it if had gotten better and

Baby Steps is an incredible game. Playing this feels like the closest to pure art video games has gotten for me. Like, these fellas KNOW what they're doing. The random storm drain I found (in the forrest, on a mountain) as I was trying to return some keys proves it.

I've been playing the new update to Foundry, and I have to say... it's getting reeeeally good. Like deserving of being included in any top list of the best factory games levels of good. They just added trains. And this 4x looking space trade is new since I last played, too.

Question for people who have lost weight after many years of being huge: Is it normal for my usual office chair, the one that used to be super comfortable, to now suddenly give me ass fatigue? If so, what other things do I need to brace for suddenly becoming less comfy?

I've been avoiding doing this joke because it felt a bit too political, but I'm starting to realize that's exactly what they/them want.

Jakob, who I founded Mojang with, got his twitter account hacked, and "he"'s posting stuff in defense of AI programming. This is further evidence that the AI programming hype is being falsely inflated by people who desperately want to change the narrative.

Why isn't there a free roaming bicycling VR game? Not to imply I'm lazy or a chronic gamer or anything, but I'd be in INCREDIBLE shape if I got to run from the cops on an exercise bike for completely unrelated reasons.

Factory game recommendation: Modulus. Imagine Shapez, but the Shapez are solid chunks of 4*4*4 voxels that you cut, merge, paint and and eventually make cute little robots out of. Then you send it to space or something, iunno... I treat lore like I treat tutorials. I like it.

Pragmata is making zoomers want to start families? This technically makes them boomers? This fills me with hope, mirth, and determination. :D
