Libby’s cutterhead has arrived on site! This absolute show-stopping piece of the tunnel boring machine is what will cut through the dirt, soil and rock as it digs below the streets of downtown Toronto to build the brand-new Ontario Line subway. Corkie will be joining Libby soon to prepare for tunnelling to start this spring.
