Building nuclear means advancing multiple pieces of work at once, and Oklo has been busy. Over the past year, we moved from planning to execution: construction began @INL for Aurora-INL in Idaho, key partners like @Kiewit and @Siemens_Energy were locked in, fuel milestones were cleared, a fuel recycling facility was unveiled in Tennessee, and advanced our Radioisotopes Pilot Facility in Texas. And the work continues. Watch below ↓

Today, Oklo and @standardnuclear announced a strategic alliance to explore commercial collaboration on nuclear fuel recycling and advanced fuel manufacturing. Together, Oklo and Standard Nuclear will explore how materials recovered from Oklo’s planned fuel recycling facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee can support new fuel for advanced reactors. Oklo and Standard Nuclear also intend to explore the responsible use of U.S. surplus plutonium for advanced reactor fuel, following both companies’ recent selection by the @ENERGY for advanced negotiations under the Surplus Plutonium Utilization Program. Used nuclear fuel and surplus nuclear materials contain significant untapped energy potential. Putting that material back to work can strengthen domestic fuel supply and support advanced nuclear scale-up. oklo.com/newsroom/news-detai…

Major milestone for Oklo’s Aurora powerhouse @INL: @ENERGY just approved our Preliminary Documented Safety Analysis (PDSA), making Aurora-INL the largest electric-output reactor design publicly announced to receive PDSA approval under DOE's Reactor Pilot Program to date. The approval advances Aurora-INL’s preliminary safety basis and creates a framework that future Aurora deployments can build on to make each successive project easier to replicate. For Oklo, Aurora-INL is more than our first powerhouse. It's the foundation for repeatable deployment. More -> oklo.com/newsroom/news-detai…

Two sites. Two reactors. One integrated nuclear platform. @INL, construction is advancing on Oklo’s first commercial Aurora powerhouse, bringing clean, reliable power closer to reality. Our team and @kiewit have excavated enough material to fill 20 Olympic swimming pools in preparation for the reactor foundation. In Texas, our Groves isotope test reactor is approaching criticality. Groves is helping Oklo develop the experience, supply chains, and capabilities needed to make advanced nuclear deployment faster and more repeatable. This is what deployment looks like. Oklo’s vertical integration sets us apart. We build, own, and operate our facilities across our three business lines of power, fuel, and isotopes. Today, we're deepening that integration with the acquisition of ARMEC, bringing more than two decades of operating experience and a team of approximately 40 engineers, fabricators, machinists, welders, and technical personnel with extensive nuclear experience directly into our reactor and fuel-manufacturing programs. Advanced nuclear deployment requires manufacturing depth. ARMEC strengthens ours. Read more -> oklo.com/newsroom/news-detai…

What keeps a reactor safe? In Oklo’s Aurora powerhouse, safety is built into the physics.

Inherent physical responses automatically stabilize the reactor under changing conditions. That means the same forces that drive the operation also stabilize it. These principles were proven 40 years ago in reactors like Experimental Breeder Reactor-II & Fast Flux Test Facility. Now, those same principles are the foundation for Oklo’s fast reactor technology today.  Proven in practice, not just theory. Learn more: youtube.com/watch?v=yyrWNTwi…

Last month, Oklo CEO Jake DeWitte joined @SpencerJCox and the @abundanceinst at the Operation Gigawatt Summit in Utah. The discussions focused on the growing role advanced nuclear can play in meeting rising energy demand from AI, data centers, industrial growth, and electrification. The summit also highlighted the opportunities nuclear can create across research, workforce development, supply chains, and economic development. That interest is reflected in Governor Cox's engagement with the industry—from policy conversations to attending milestones like Oklo's Aurora powerhouse groundbreaking at Idaho National Laboratory last year.

One year ago, America recommitted itself to a nuclear renaissance. One year later, Oklo is helping make it real. Construction is advancing at our first commercial Aurora powerhouse at @INL. Licensing work continues moving forward with the @NRCgov and DOE. We broke ground on our isotope reactor in Texas and are targeting criticality by July 4th. Construction. Fuel. Licensing. Isotopes. Partnerships.  The pieces are moving together faster than many thought possible.

This week i was in Idaho to visit a couple of our sites. First up, the Aurora-INL site. ~ 100 people on site every day, working 24/7. Kiewit killing it as a partner, both moving efficiently and with a safety first culture.

At @INL, Oklo has moved from site mobilization into deep foundation excavation for our first commercial Aurora powerhouse. What makes this moment significant is not just the physical progress at the site, but the coordinated progress taking shape across the entire project. Construction, fuel, and licensing are all advancing at a pace that once seemed inconceivable. Oklo is demonstrating what is possible when the critical pieces move forward in parallel.

Fast reactor technology is the foundation that connects Oklo's power, fuel, and isotope business lines into one integrated system. Our fast-fission powerhouses provide clean, always-on electricity while enabling practical fuel recycling, which can produce isotopes for medical, industrial, space, and national security applications. Together, these business lines function as one platform that maximizes value across the nuclear lifecycle.
