“The Armenian elections took place in a particularly tense geopolitical context, with direct foreign interference,” said delegation head @CottierDamien. “In particular, pressure and threats from the Russian authorities reached an unprecedented and worrying level.”

“The voters of Kosovo have spoken clearly" said delegation head @iulibulai. "They now expect their elected representatives to deliver decisive leadership, seek constructive compromise, and move the country forward on its Euro-Atlantic path - ending all cynical political games."
Speaking at this morning's press conference in Pristina, he added: “Democracy requires compromise and coalition-building, not zero-sum victories.”
The Assembly is due to debate its observation of the election at its forthcoming plenary session.
