From 11pm May 23 to 10am May 24, PRESTO will undergo scheduled updates. During this time, the PRESTO app, website and mobile wallet won’t be available. You can still tap to pay, and load a physical card at vending machines or customer service outlets.

A Canada Post strike is affecting online PRESTO card orders and paper form processing. You can get a digital PRESTO card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, use contactless credit or debit to pay your fare, or buy a physical card in-person anytime.
