Saboti MP Caleb Amisi has rubbished Kenya Kwanzaās Singapore dream, saying it is unachievable without institutional reform.
Speaking at Ufungamano House, Amisi noted that Singaporeās development path was driven by investment in infrastructure, education, and technology. He said Kenya needs a similar āeconomic revolutionā to strengthen growth and improve livelihoods.
Amisi: You cannot achieve Singapore. You have to change the institutions here so that you can achieve Singapore. We cannot sugarcoat about changing our country.
