One year after the FDA De Novo Clearance of the Spur® Stent System was announced at NCVH 2025, we were grateful to return to NCVH 2026 and continue the clinical exchange around complex BTK intervention, CLTI treatment strategies, and the evolving role of Retrievable Scaffold Therapy (RST).   Thank you to Pradeep K. Nair, MD, for showcasing the Spur® Stent System in a live case session on PAD therapy, including IVUS results showing substantial luminal expansion despite severe calcific burden.   We also recognize Ramzan Zakir, MD, for sharing the new 12-month DEEPER REVEAL data on Spur, highlighting the durable safety and efficacy of RST after predilatation in CLTI patients.   Shout out to Fadi Saab, MD, and his cath lab team for sharing a live Spur case and adding to the case-based discussion around complex BTK intervention.   A sincere thank you to NCVH, Chairman Craig Walker, MD, the faculty, fellows, and physicians for creating a strong forum for clinical exchange throughout the meeting. We were glad to welcome many of you at our booth, in the supported Fellows Course, and in discussions with our team.   Learn more about the Spur Stent System: reflowmedical.com/spur/   #NCVH2026 #CLTI #BTK #PAD #SpurStent #RST

One year ago, the Spur® Peripheral Retrievable Stent System received FDA De Novo Clearance. Today, we celebrate more than a regulatory milestone. Received during NCVH 2025, the clearance marked a defining moment for Reflow Medical. Over the past year, that milestone has become momentum: growing clinical adoption, expanding scientific evidence, and continued focus on progress in BTK disease treatment. We are deeply grateful to our clinical partners and to the Reflow Medical team who made this journey possible. Your trust, insight, commitment, and persistence continue to help bring Spur closer to the patients who need it most. Here’s to one year of FDA De Novo Clearance and to building on this momentum together. #SpurStent #DeNovo #PAD #BTK #Vascular

The stent that leaves nothing behind. The Breakthrough Device-designated Spur® offers a revolutionary approach to BTK treatment. It provides mechanical support during the procedure and leaves nothing behind. In CLTI patients with long, calcified infrapopliteal lesions, treatment with the Spur Peripheral Retrievable Stent System following predilatation demonstrated durable safety and efficacy at 12 months.* The Spur Stent System is intended for the treatment of de novo or restenotic infrapopliteal lesions following predilatation. Through mechanical scaffolding and radially expandable spikes, Spur supports the vessel wall, facilitates blood flow, and enables controlled lesion penetration and modification to improve vessel compliance and reduce recoil. Following treatment, the device is fully retrieved. Late-breaking at EuroPCR 2026. And more to come. Today in Paris, Scott Harding, MD, shared the first 6-month results from the DEEPER CORONARY first-in-human study evaluating the investigational coronary Spur® Elute Sirolimus-Eluting Retrievable Stent System for coronary ISR. The results demonstrated safety and promising efficacy: • 100% freedom from MACE • 100% freedom from all-cause mortality • Improvement in CCS angina class across all treated patients For Reflow Medical, these early findings add important clinical momentum to our coronary program and support the continued evaluation of Spur Elute in coronary ISR. We thank Dr. Harding and all investigators for their excellent work. Read the full press release: reflowmedical.com/reflow-med… #EuroPCR #Cardiovascular #InterventionalCardiology #ISR #SpurElute

A strong start in Marbella, Spain bringing together guest physicians from across Europe for the first Physician Proctor Training with @PalenaMariano Mariano Palena, MD, Elisa Piccolo, MD and Fernando Gallardo, MD. The program focused on real-world CLTI BTK treatment, combining live cases with open discussion and hands-on decision making in the cath lab, creating a highly interactive learning environment. We believe advancing CLTI treatment requires more than innovation alone. Learning by doing and direct exchange with experienced physicians are key to translating new technologies into clinical practice. #pad #clti #btk #endovascular
