It's amazing to see how robots can now interpret and break down requests — even those that are a bit vague like "That snack is too small. Bring me one that is more filling." or "I spilled my soda. Bring me something to clean it up."

This is the last thing I purchased from WeirdStuff Warehouse before it closed. It's labeled "SRI Menlo Park Calif."
Anyone know anything about it? I assume it's either an over-the-top prop — the wiring inside is bonkers! — or equipment actually used during the Stargate Project.
