Ever order something, tried it on a couple weeks later only to see it's damaged and needs replacing? Seems common but not for @OutdoorVitals - they don't trust photos of the damage and won't replace a brand new item. For such a high priced brand, I'd expect better. #fail

Really disappointed in the way @KemperInsurance is handling an auto claim. No communication on the status, no transparency on the process, no ownership to deliver customer success. I hope their #loyalty team can help. #wow #fail
