Stop guessing, and start calculating your SMS ROI. SMS ROI is one of the most overlooked metrics. Too many brands are out here just sending texts and hoping for the best. But, hope isn’t a strategy. You've gotten know your numbers. The formula is simple: Revenue Generated ÷ SMS Spend = ROI Why should you care about the numbers? Because, sending texts blindly without checking your ROI is like throwing money out the window. You’re not just tracking “opens” or “clicks.” You’re tracking cash in your pocket. To get it right: 1: Check your SMS billable spend (yeah, that monthly invoice you hate looking at). 2: Look at how much revenue came directly from SMS campaigns. 3: Run the numbers. That’s your ROI. If your ROI isn’t where you want it to be, it could be beacuse: A. Your copy isn’t converting. B. You’re sending to the wrong audience. C. You’re overusing MMS and blowing your budget. In, short: Know your numbers. Track them monthly. And, if they’re not good? Adjust your strategy ASAP. How often do you calculate your SMS ROI?
