@theGCF says Africa’s water scarcity crisis demands substantial investment, with current yearly funding levels falling short of the required $30 billion. GCF has committed $3.5 billion to drive resilient water systems in 28 African countries but asks other financiers to join.

The European Commission, in collaboration with the European Investment Bank, is elevating the water portfolio. Through blended finance instruments and guarantees, they're boosting private finance for water supply and sanitation across sectors. @EUtoAU

South Africa has put the West on trial with its action at the ICJ. With the ICJ’s ruling against Israel, it will be interesting to see whether the West who have subjected African leaders to these international courts will respect this ruling. So proud of SA.#ruleoflaw
