We have an exciting announcement for the Solace community.
Starting next month, Solace will allocate 2% of all net revenue generated from software subscriptions and hardware sales toward $SOLACE buybacks and permanent token burns.
In addition, we may conduct discretionary buybacks beyond this commitment whenever we believe it is beneficial to the long-term growth of the ecosystem.
As a milestone, once Solace reaches $100,000 in monthly revenue, the allocation will increase from 2% to 3%.

" $Solace — Recent Company Updates
* **Global Fulfillment Progress**
* All Asia presale orders have been successfully fulfilled.
* North American inventory is currently in transit via sea freight. Due to ongoing geopolitical and shipping delays, arrival timelines have shifted slightly.
* Inventory is expected to arrive at our Vancouver fulfillment warehouse shortly, with secondary distribution beginning immediately thereafter.
* All North American presale orders are currently expected to be fulfilled by **early July 2026**.
* **Founders Operating Full-Time**
* Both founders, **Kelly Zeng (CEO)** and **Sarah Mou (COO)**, are now working on Solace full-time.
* The team is focused on scaling Solace's next-generation software platform and driving consumer adoption through large-scale content distribution.
* A major product announcement surrounding a new companion experience and the upcoming NEW FEATURE will be released within the next two weeks.
* **Strategic Partnership with Eastcolight**
* Solace continues to expand its co-distribution partnership with **Eastcolight**, our Hong Kong-based hardware partner.
* We are preparing for participation in a private enterprise exhibition this September, expected to be attended by major global distributors and retailers, including organizations such as Walmart and Target.
* **Scaling Operations**
* Solace has entered full-scale operational mode across product, growth, logistics, and distribution.
* Internal systems, fulfillment infrastructure, and customer support processes are being expanded to support the next phase of growth.
* **Consumer Growth Engine Launching**
* Our UGC program is now officially underway.
* We recently brought on a new Head of Growth whose previous content generated **100M views across TikTok**.
* Creator onboarding is currently being finalized, with coordinated content campaigns across consumer social channels launching next week.
* **Long-Term Vision**
* Our objective is to scale Solace into the world's leading emotionally intelligent AI platform.
* The company is targeting **multi-million dollar ARR within the next 12 months** through a combination of software subscriptions, hardware sales, enterprise partnerships, and creator-led distribution."

Production update from the Solace team:We’re completing final validation before PCBA production begins to ensure every unit meets quality standards and to prevent unnecessary rework during manufacturing.
Our first 700-unit assembly batch has been prioritized by the factory, and production is moving forward on an accelerated schedule. More updates soon. ⚙️🌱
